Compact Plastic Ampoules

NJ – James Alexander Corporation has introduced a shorter
version of the company’s 5ml Plastic
Ampoule swab package,
according to the firm’s President and CEO, Francesca Fazzolari. “Based
on increasing customer comments regarding our Plastic Ampoule,
we found that many were requesting a shorter version of our standard
5ml Plastic Ampoule swab package.
“The more compact version of the 5ml Plastic
Ampoule makes
perfect sense for those applications where customers require
a fill volume that is between our standard 2 and 5 ml sizes.
The newly designed package is part of our ongoing effort to develop
second generation packaging that will offer our customers more
options for their packaging needs.”
The compact version of the Plastic Ampoule swab is available
with the broad range of applicator tips that James Alexander
offers with its standard length Plastic Ampoule, including the
recently introduced line of large surface area tips. The
standard applicator tips include a cylindrical tip with a centered
hole for enhanced product flow, tapered tips for precise topical
applications, and a series of brush applicator tips made in a
variety of materials and styles. The company`s Plastic Ampoule
can also be decorated in any Pantone Matching System® (PMS)
color, and text print is available in up to three colors.
“The compact version of our Plastic Ampoule swab is ideal
for large volume topical applications in a variety of markets,
including cosmetic and personal care, health and beauty aids,
pharmaceuticals, toiletries and spa products,” Fazzolari
said.
James Alexander Corporation’s patented Plastic Ampoule
(U.S. patent numbers 6,379,069, 6,641,319 and 6,869,242) allows
the user to activate the package with a gentle squeeze of one
hand, rupturing the patented internal membrane. Another gentle
squeeze then dispenses the contents onto the applicator tip.
The rate and flow of the liquid is easily controlled by the user.
